本文报道18例恶性快速室性心律失常患者,其中大部分病例曾接受传统的抗心律失常药物治疗无效。经采用5%硫酸镁葡萄糖溶液以200～250mg/min 之速度静注后,并按病情予以1%硫酸镁葡萄糖液静滴维持治疗。全部病例的心律失常获得控制。未出现副作用。对传统的抗心律失常药治疗无效时,硫酸镁值得临床试用。
This article reports 18 cases of patients with malignant rapid ventricular arrhythmias, most of which have been treated with traditional anti-arrhythmic drugs ineffective.
