根据QT450-10上升导槽球铁件的结构特点及技术要求,采用封闭式浇注系统,两箱造型。利用View-Cast软件对铸造凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷及其产生的位置,分析其产生的原因及机理。根据模拟结果,改进了铸造工艺,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,获得了最佳工艺方案。
According to QT450-10 rising guide ductile iron structural features and technical requirements, the use of closed pouring system, two boxes modeling. The cast-solidification process was simulated by View-Cast software to predict the shrinkage porosity, shrinkage defects and the location of the castings. The causes and mechanism of the castings were analyzed. According to the simulation results, the casting process is improved, the shrinkage cavity and the shrinkage defects are eliminated, and the best process scheme is obtained.
