已知催产素在分娩和排乳中具有重要作用.近年有报导指出,催产素可能通过影响黄体的寿命而影响着动情周期.在母牛、山羊以及可能在人类,催产素似能通过其溶黄体作用而影响后半个周期似与人类排卵有关.但是否与排卵前期变化有关尚缺乏直接的实验证据.本工作用小鼠研究催产素通过改变卵泡发育而影响动情前半周期的可能性.使用成年雌性小鼠,每晨检查阴道涂片以确证有规律的动情周期.于动情前期给每只小鼠腹腔注射两次催产素(50μg溶于50μl灭菌生理盐水中).对照动物仅注射生理盐水.于动情前期晨、晚8时和动情期晨2、4时,各处死一组实验及对照动
Oxytocin is known to play an important role in labor and breast-feeding .In recent years, it has been reported that oxytocin may affect the oestrus cycle by affecting the luteal longevity. In cows, goats, and possibly in humans, Luteal effect and the latter half of the cycle seems to be related to human ovulation, but whether or not with early ovulation changes is still lack of direct experimental evidence.This study used mice to study the possibility of oxytocin affect the first half of estrus cycle by changing follicular development. Adult female mice were examined for vaginal smear each morning to confirm a regular estrous cycle.The mice were injected intraperitoneally twice with oxytocin (50 μg dissolved in 50 μl sterilized saline) at the early estrus stage.The control animals were injected only with physiology Saline.
