如何改革考试方法,这是一项值得研究的重大课题。当前,一些经济管理干部院校在考试问题上存在着以下几种弊病: 一是只注重检查学生接受或记忆已学知识的程度,而忽视对学生能力的考察。二是忽视经常性的成绩考察,只想靠期末一次考试来测量学生的水平,“一锤定音”。三是有些学校从出题、主考到批卷、评分均由任课教师一人包干。缺少必要的纵向和横向的协作与监督。因而考试的命题和评分都带有教师本人的主观性。四是把并非正确反映学生能力的带有虚假的考试成绩,同教师的教学质量,同评选优秀
