院(系)党组织公推直选是新形势下高校党内民主的重要探索。通过对选举程序和形式的创新,院(系)党组织公推直选可以对扩大党内民主,密切党群干群关系,巩固党在高校的执政基础产生积极影响。然而,院(系)党组织公推直选的进一步推进,还需要在选好人、选准人、提高竞争性、科学处理不同群体党员对选举结果影响等问题上进行进一步探索。
College and Department Or Departmental Direct Election by Public Weights Is an Important Exploration of Inner-party Democracy in Colleges and Universities in the New Situation. Through the innovation of the election procedure and form, the direct election of the hospital (department) and party organizations by public direct election can have a positive impact on expanding inner-party democracy, cementing the party-to-party relationship between cadres and the masses and consolidating the party’s governing foundation in colleges and universities. However, further promotion of public direct election by hospital (department) party organizations also requires further exploration on such issues as selecting good candidates, selecting candidates, enhancing competitiveness, and scientifically handling the impact of different groups of party members on the election results.
