武术具有健身性、技击性、艺术性,其实用功能与审美功能相统一的根本特性。而它所具有的美学特征主要是通过动作姿态、劲力、节奏、精神、造型等特有要素显示出来,美育是学校教育的重要内容之一,在武术教学中,教师应通过理论指导、形体美的培养、音乐融入、语言、心灵美的培养等有效途径,将美育渗透到武术教学的全过程,从而更好地发挥体育的育人功能。
