随着国家相关政策的出台,中国的星级酒店群体迎来了对其具有震撼影响的“寒冬”期。三星级及以上星级酒店业绩明显普遍下滑,以往占据重要市场地位的公款消费市场规模骡减。这迫使星级酒店不得不在市场战略上进行转变以便找到出路。总体上看,星级酒店应通过吸纳并稳固商务客源市场、深度挖掘旅游客源市场、开发本地消费市场等多层面实施多元化市场战略,迎接“暖春”早日到来。
With the introduction of relevant national policies, China’s star-rated hotel groups ushered in a “winter” period that has had a dramatic impact on them. The performance of star hotels of three stars and above generally dropped apparently, and the market size of public funds, which used to occupy an important market position in the past, decreased. This forced the star hotel had to change in the market strategy in order to find a way out. Overall, the star-rated hotels should embrace diversified market strategies at multiple levels, such as attracting and stabilizing the business market, exploring the tourism market and developing the local consumer market, so as to welcome the arrival of “Warm Spring”.
