病历介绍患者,男,57岁,住院号175836。因咳嗽、咳痰、低热4月,高热二十天于1991年10月9日入院。4月前于受凉后咳嗽、咳痰伴低热,体温多在37.5℃左右。在当地医院就诊,胸部X线透视示左下肺炎,经先后应用氨苄青、新青Ⅱ、洁霉素、先锋Ⅳ、氟哌酸等治疗,症状无好转。20天前症状加重,并出现畏寒、高热,痰呈脓血样。当地医院应用多种抗生素治疗及中药治疗,效果不佳,转入我院。
