为认真落实政府部门“三定”规定,督促政府部门依法全面履行职责,确定对全省政府有关部门履行环境与资源保护和住房保障职责情况进行检查评估。现将有关事项通知如下:一、检查评估目的全面检查评估政府有关部门履行环境与资源保护和住房保障职责情况,查找和解决履行职责存在的问题,进一步完善优化职能配置,强化工作责任落实,提高行政效能。二、检查评估对象与内容检查评估的对象为省、市、县(市、区)国土资源、住房和城乡建设、水利、环境保护等部门。检查评估的主要内容是:
