用大功率激光器在A_3钢表面涂敷一层具有优异性能的G112合金层。其结合强度是评价熔覆层质量的关键指标。本文主要试验研究了激光熔覆层与基材间的结合强度。结果表明,G112合金激光熔覆层与A_3钢基材间冶金结合强度高于熔覆层的抗拉强度,其抗拉强度大于90MN/m~2。
A_3 steel was coated with a layer of G112 alloy with excellent performance by high power laser. The bonding strength is the key index to evaluate the quality of the cladding. The main experimental study of the laser cladding layer and substrate bonding strength. The results show that the metallurgical bonding strength between G112 alloy laser cladding layer and A_3 steel substrate is higher than that of cladding layer, and the tensile strength is greater than 90 MN / m ~ 2.
