目的探讨氧气湿化瓶清洗方法改进的效果。方法 60个回收氧气湿化瓶随机等分两组,试验组:湿化瓶用改进清洗方法即洗衣粉和多酶混合液浸泡10min,清洗后消毒;对照组:用传统方法即清水清洗后消毒,分别于7d进行肉眼观察和细菌学检测。结果试验组与对照组清洗后的氧气湿化瓶残留物检出率分别为6.7%、60.0%,试验组的透明度、外观清洁度为96.7%、100.0%,对照组为56.7%、50.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组湿化瓶储存7d细菌总数<15CFU/cm2,细菌监测合格率为100.0%,对照组为93.3%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论洗衣粉及多酶混合液浸泡有助于清洗效果的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of oxygen humidifying bottle cleaning method. Methods Sixty oxygen recovery cylinders were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group: the humidified bottles were immersed in detergent and multi-enzyme mixture for 10min, cleaned and disinfected; control group: sterilized by the traditional method , Respectively, 7d for macroscopic and bacteriological tests. Results The results showed that the detection rate of residual oxygen in the oxygenated bottles after cleaning was 6.7% and 60.0% respectively in the test group and the control group. The transparency and appearance cleanliness of the test group were 96.7% and 100.0%, respectively. The control group was 56.7% and 50.0% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total bacterial count of bacteria in the test group was less than 15CFU / cm2 after 7 days of storage, the pass rate of bacterial monitoring was 100.0% and that of the control group was 93.3% Statistical significance. Conclusion Soaking detergent and multi-enzyme mixture helps to improve the cleaning effect.
