采用玉米秸、绿豆秸、猪粪、羊粪4种有机物料进行腐解试验,研究了腐解过程形成的胡敏酸在不同条件下(pH、离子强度)与Fe2+的络合特征,结果表明,在相同条件下,粪肥腐解形成的胡敏酸与Fe2+的络合能力相对比秸秆的强。腐解过程胡敏酸与Fe2+的络合能力呈动态变化,胡敏酸与Fe2+的络合稳定常数与其羧基、总酸度成极显著正相关。在碱性条件下(pH=8.0),各有机物料腐解形成的胡敏酸与Fe2+的络合能力下降。
The decomposing experiments were conducted on four kinds of organic materials including corn stalks, mung bean straw, pig manure and sheep manure. The complexation characteristics of humic acid formed under the decomposition process with Fe2 + under different conditions (pH and ionic strength) were studied. Under the same conditions, the humic acid formed by manure decomposing is stronger than that of straw in the complexation ability with Fe2 +. The decomposing ability of humic acid and Fe2 + changed dynamically. The complex stability constant of humic acid and Fe2 + was significantly and positively correlated with its carboxyl and total acidity. Under alkaline conditions (pH = 8.0), the humic acid formed by the decomposition of organic materials decreased the complexation ability with Fe2 +.
