目前,史学界对中共中央于1927年8月7日在汉口召开的“中央紧急会议”(简称“八七”会议)上如何产生中央领导机构的问题,先后出现三种不同提法:其一,认为会议撤销了陈独秀的中央总书记职务,选举瞿秋白为中央总书记。其二,认为会议选举瞿秋白为中央书记。其三,认为会议选瞿秋白、苏兆征、李维汉3人为中央政治局常委。上述说法都不够准确。现根据“八七”会议的原始记录及有关材料,对中央领导机构的产生作一考察。
At present, historians have come up with three different kinds of formulation of how the Central Committee of the Communist Party led to the issue of a central leading body at the “Central Emergency Meeting” held on August 7, 1927 in Hankou (“the 1987”): , That the meeting canceled Chen Duxiu’s central general secretary positions, the election of Qu Qiubai as general secretary. Second, that the meeting elected Qu Qiubai as the Central Party Secretary. Thirdly, three people thought that Qu Qiubai, Su Zhaozheng and Li Weihan were elected members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. The above statement is not accurate enough. According to the original records of the “August 7” Conference and the related materials, we will make an inspection on the emergence of the central leading agency.
