作者对在胶原酶分解人离体牙根面胶原的过程中微量元素湖(La3+)、铈(Ce3+)及氟(F)等对溶组织梭状芽胞杆菌胶原酶(CHC)活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明La3+较Ce3+、F具有更明显地抑制CHC活性的作用,提示在根龋防治中La3+不失为一种有应用前景的微量元素。文中还对La3+、Ce3+等对胶原酶的作用机制进行了探讨。
The authors investigated the effects of La3 +, Ce3 + and F on the activity of Clostridium coliratase (CHC) during collagenase dissociation of human dental root collagen. . The results showed that La3 + was more effective in inhibiting CHC activity than Ce3 + and F, suggesting that La3 + could be a promising trace element in root caries prevention and treatment. The paper also on the La3 +, Ce3 + on collagenase mechanism of action were discussed.
