玉米杂交种不同世代叶绿素含量变化初报

叶绿素合量是一项重要的生化指标。本试验以不同玉米杂交种的不同世代研究了玉米叶片叶绿素含量变化。结果表明,杂交种间、世代间的叶绿素含量差异显著,而不同世代内的叶片之间差异不显著.世代间的叶绿素含量变化趋势并不是随着世代增加而递减。有的杂交种F2高于F1,而有的杂交种F3高于F2,世代间的叶绿素含量变化无规律性. Chlorophyll content is an important biochemical indicators. In this experiment, the changes of chlorophyll content in maize leaves were studied in different generations of different maize hybrids. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of hybrids was significantly different between generations, while the differences between the leaves in different generations were not significant. The change trend of chlorophyll content between generations does not decrease with the increase of generations. Some hybrid F2 was higher than F1, and some F3 hybrids were higher than F2, the variation of chlorophyll between generations was irregular.
