目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定地椒中麝香草酚和香荆芥酚含量的方法。方法:以毛细管柱(0.25μm×0.32mm,30 m),FID检测器,氮气为载气,程序升温,初始温度50℃,检测器温度230℃。结果:共测定了8批样品,在该色谱条件下,麝香草酚和香荆芥酚均得到良好的分离。麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的加样回收率分别为99.29%(RSD 2.51%),99.07%(RSD 2.92%)。结论:方法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于控制地椒的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of thymol and nepetalate in pepper by gas chromatography. Methods: The capillary column (0.25μm × 0.32mm, 30m), FID detector and nitrogen gas were used as the carrier gas. The temperature was programmed and the initial temperature was 50 ℃. The detector temperature was 230 ℃. Results: A total of eight batches of samples were determined. Under the chromatographic conditions, thymol and fenugreek phenol were well separated. The recoveries of thymol and carvacrol were 99.29% (RSD 2.51%) and 99.07% (RSD 2.92%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of pepper.
