取Wistar大鼠12只,摘除小脑中间叶一部分,同时向创伤灶内植入同种新生鼠小脑组织。6只于术后3天取材,取材前8h腹腔注射~3H-TdR;6只于术后4天取材,取材前10h注射~3H-TdR。制成标本切片,观察有标记核普氏细胞的情况。结果:银粒标记的普氏细胞多数处于间期,其次是前期和中期,少数后期。表明在创伤条件下,普氏细胞不仅能进行DNA的合成,而且还能进行有丝分裂。
Twelve Wistar rats were removed and part of the middle lobe of the cerebellum was removed, and the same kind of newborn rat cerebellum was implanted into the wounds. Six rabbits were harvested at 3 days postoperatively. 3H-TdR was intraperitoneally injected 8 h before the operation. Six rabbits were drawn 4 days after the operation and ~ 3H-TdR was injected 10 h before the injection. Made of specimens sliced to observe the presence of labeled Nucleic cells. Results: Most of Platts labeled with silver particles were in interphase, followed by early and middle stages and a few later stages. This indicates that Platts can not only synthesize DNA, but also mitosis under traumatic conditions.
