吉林化学工业公司污水处理厂是我国石油化工大型工业污水综合处理厂之一,该厂焚烧炉是以辛醇残液为燃料,焚烧污水中和沉淀污泥的装置,焚烧产生的烟气经气水分离后通过排烟道(烟囱) 送人大气,烟气中含有二氧化硫、氯化氢等成份、温度65℃～80℃。烟囱总高45m.上口直径1.5m,底部直径3.7m,其结构为水泥砂浆红砖砌筑,焚烧炉于1984年12月投入运行,一年后发现烟囱内壁腐蚀严重,局部有脱层现象,冬季发现烟囱上部外表面有漏气结冰现象。根据焚烧炉焚烧时烟气中的组成,吉林化学工业公司化工建设公司于1985年8月在烟
