目的 从我国东北地区媒介蚊分离新虫媒病毒。方法 采用敏感的C636 和BHK21细胞分离病毒。结果 从68 份蚊标本中分离到两株Colti 病毒,经间接免疫荧光试验观察到新分离株与已知Colti 病毒TRT2 株免疫腹水呈阳性反应;PAGE显示新分离株均为12 节段双链RNA,其电泳带型为651,与TRT2 株(66) 明显不同。组织培养交叉中和试验观察到新分离株不能被已知Colti 病毒TRT2 株的免疫腹水中和,同样,新分离株的免疫血清亦不能中和TRT2 株。结论 从我国东北地区首次分离到的Colti 病毒可能为我国Colti 病毒的新亚型
Objective To isolate new arbovirus from mosquitoes in northeastern China. Methods Sensitive C6 36 and BHK 21 cells isolated virus. Results Two strains of Colti were isolated from 68 mosquitoes. Indirect immunofluorescence assay showed that the new isolate was positive to immunized ascites with known TRV2 strain of Trichia pastoris. PAGE showed that all the new isolates were 12 - Electrophoresis zone type 6 5 1, and TRT2 strains (6 6) was significantly different. Tissue culture cross-neutralization test showed that the new isolate could not be neutralized by the immune ascites of the known Colti virus TRT2 strain. Similarly, the immune serum of the new isolate could not neutralize the TRT2 strain. Conclusion The Colti virus isolated for the first time in Northeast China may be a new subtype of Colti virus in China
