临床经验提示,急性心肌梗塞有心电图低电压的患者予后不良。作者等对收住冠心病监护病房的304例急性穿壁性心肌梗塞进行了回顾性研究。将低电压患者与同数目连续住院而正常电压者(对照组)作了对比。
Clinical experience suggests that patients with acute myocardial infarction who have a low voltage electrocardiogram have poor prognosis. The authors conducted a retrospective study of 304 acute myocardial infarction patients admitted to the coronary care unit. Low-voltage patients with the same number of consecutive hospitalized patients with normal voltage (control group) were compared.
