研究了LD泵浦Nd:YVO4/KTP腔内倍频激光器中激光晶体与倍频晶体的温度对器件基频与倍频输出的影响。用国产1W激光二极管作泵浦源,通过选择合适的Wd:YVO4和KTP的工作温度,在泵浦功率为604.2mW时获T得133.6mW的绿光输出,光-光转换效率为22.1%。
The effects of the temperature of laser crystal and frequency doubling crystal in the LD pumped Nd: YVO4 / KTP laser on the fundamental frequency and frequency doubling output of the device were studied. A domestically produced 1W laser diode was used as a pump source. By selecting the appropriate operating temperature of Wd: YVO4 and KTP, a green output of 133.6mW was obtained at a pump power of 604.2mW. The light-to-light conversion efficiency was 22 .1%.
