1986年3月14日,国家档案局和航天部职改工作领导小组指示,在我馆进行档案专业职务评审试点工作。由于我馆有相当一部分工程技术人员,经部职改小组同意,在档案专业职务评审的同时,也进行工程技术职务的评审工作。我馆于4月份正式开始专业职务评审试点工作,7月底完成了中级以下专业职务的审定工作和高级专业职务的初审工作。一、工作步骤与作法: 整个评审工作分三个阶段进行。 (一) 准备阶段: 由于我馆人员数量少,经请示,我们不成立领导小组,只成立一个办公室。这个办公室既是馆领导进行这一工作的办公室,也是评委会的办公室。与此同时成立了同时评定“档案”和“工程”两个系列的七人评审委员会。
On March 14, 1986, the National Archives Bureau and the leading group of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics on job change were instructed to carry out the trial work of file professional job evaluation in our library. As I have a considerable part of the museum engineering and technical personnel, the Department agreed to change the job team, in the file professional job evaluation, but also engineering and technical job evaluation. Our museum officially started the professional job review and pilot work in April. At the end of July, we completed the examination and approval of the professional jobs below the intermediate level and the preliminary examination of senior professional positions. First, the work steps and practices: The entire review conducted in three phases. (A) the preparatory phase: Due to the small number of museum staff, upon request, we do not set up a leading group, only to set up an office. This office is both the office leading the work and the jury’s office. In the meantime, a seven-member judging panel has been set up that evaluates both “archives” and “projects.”
