湖南省煤炭科技情报中心站受部情报所的委托,于1982年对省属煤矿和厂的节能工作进行了调研。现将情况简介如下。一、能源消耗与节约的现状湖南现有省直属企业15个,其重点煤矿即省属三局(涟邵、资兴、白沙)、三矿(煤炭坝、辰溪、谭家山),1981年生产原煤868.6万吨,工业总产值(按1980年不变价格计)17500.9万元,亏损7677.3万元。当年直接耗能38.4万吨标准煤(不包括5个自备电厂耗原煤12.9万吨)。单位产值能耗为2.19公斤标准煤/元。省
