江苏省质量技术监督局根据国务院批准的国家局“三定”规定的精神 ,结合本省的实际情况 ,针对用于贸易结算的电能表、电能表标准装置以及计量检定人员加强监督管理 ,制定了《关于加强电能表计量监督管理工作的实施意见》 ,为有效维护电能的公平交易提供了政策依据。现将江苏省局的《实施意见》全文刊登 ,供全国其它省市借鉴。
Jiangsu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in accordance with the State Council approved the “three” provisions of the spirit, combined with the actual situation in the province, for the trade settlement meter, meter standard device and measurement verification personnel to strengthen supervision and management, developed a “ Opinions on Strengthening the Supervision and Management of Electric Meter Metering ”provided the policy basis for the effective maintenance of fair trade of electric energy. The full text of the “Opinions on Implementation” of Jiangsu Bureau now appears for reference by other provinces and cities in the country.
