作为班级的组织者与监督者班主任,在基础教育阶段为学校的教学与管理工作做出了巨大贡献。其既承担起协调不同教育要素之间关系的协调,同时又要承担大量的教学任务。伴随着社会的不断发展,尤其是新生一代独立自主意识的逐渐增强,如何才能够高效的完成班主任所面临的诸多问题,需要我们进行不断地探索与研究。
