目的 :改进银杏叶浸膏 (EGB)浸取溶剂与提取工艺 ,以提高有效成分的含量与得率。方法 :通过分析几种典型的黄酮甙与内酯在常用溶剂中的溶解度 ,在乙醇 水体系中 ,加入 10 %对内酯有较高溶解度的溶剂 ,形成新的溶剂体系EPW。针对黄酮甙中的酚羟基易被氧化而使黄酮含量降低的特点 ,采用氮气保护提取工艺以避免提取过程中黄酮被氧化。结果 :采用EPW为溶剂并用氮气保护提取 ,可使EGB得率提高 4 2 % ,黄酮含量提高 2 2 % ,内酯含量提高 3 3 %。结论 :新溶剂体系EPW与氮气保护工艺可显著提高EGB有效成分含量及得率
Objective: To improve the leaching solvent and extraction process of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) to increase the content and yield of active ingredients. Methods : By analyzing the solubility of several typical flavonoids and lactones in common solvents, 10% higher solubility solvents for lactones were added in the ethanol water system to form a new solvent system EPW. The phenolic hydroxyl group in flavonoids is easily oxidized to reduce the content of flavonoids. Nitrogen is used to protect the extraction process to avoid oxidation of flavonoids during extraction. RESULTS : EPW was used as a solvent and nitrogen protection was used to increase the yield of EGB by 42%, the content of flavonoids increased by 2%, and the content of lactones increased by 3%. Conclusion : The new solvent system EPW and nitrogen protection process can significantly increase the active ingredient content and yield of EGB
