十一届全国人大常委会第十九次会议表决通过了现行刑法的第八个修正案。这一修正案取消了近年来较少适用或基本未适用过的13个经济性非暴力犯罪的死刑。我国刑法规定的死刑罪名由68个减至55个。此次取消的13个经济性非暴力犯罪的死刑具体是:
