在道路工程中,高性能、低成本的沥青混合料一直是重要的研究对象。该文基于集料嵌挤理论,优化集料颗粒的尺寸、用量,消除干涉作用对空隙率的影响,通过优化后的集料与聚合物改性沥青混合,获得高性能沥青混合料(HPAs)。它的特点是密实度大、劲度模量高,从而可以降低路面厚度和延长路面寿命。此外,采用GB5配合比设计,能够减少沥青用量,因此,在基层中使用这种高性能沥青混合料,具有很好的经济效益。GB5配合比设计为可持续性永久路面基层设计提供了一种可靠的方法。
In road engineering, high performance, low cost asphalt mixture has always been an important research object. In this paper, based on the theory of aggregate embedment, the size and dosage of aggregate particles are optimized to eliminate the effect of interference on the void ratio. High performance asphalt mixtures (HPAs) are obtained by mixing the modified aggregates and polymer- . It is characterized by high density, high stiffness modulus, which can reduce road thickness and extend the life of the road. In addition, the use of GB5 mix design, can reduce the amount of asphalt, so the use of grass-roots high-performance asphalt mixture, with good economic benefits. The GB5 mix design provides a reliable way to design sustainable grassroots pavements.
