针对渤海辽东湾某油田东营组地层硬脆性泥页岩裂缝和微裂缝发育的特点,研制了成膜封堵剂HCM以解决硬脆性泥页岩地层钻探过程中的坍塌掉块问题。室内研究表明,成膜封堵剂HCM对不同渗透率岩心具有很好的封堵能力,抗温能够达到180℃。渤海辽东湾生产井的现场应用表明,成膜封堵剂HCM与PEM钻井液具有良好的配伍性,能显著改善滤饼质量,从而明显降低钻井液的滤失量,大大减少钻井液滤液由于压差的作用浸入地层引起泥页岩水化膨胀而导致井壁不稳定和各种井下复杂情况的发生。
Aiming at the characteristics of crack and microcrack development of the hard brittle shale in Dongying Formation of a certain oilfield in Liaodong Bay, Bohai Sea, a film-forming plugging agent (HCM) was developed to solve the problem of collapsing and falling blocks during the drilling of hard and brittle shale formations. Laboratory studies show that HCM has good blocking ability for different permeability cores, and the temperature resistance can reach 180 ℃. The field application of Liaodong Bay production wells in Bohai Sea shows that HCM and PEM drilling fluid have good compatibility and can significantly improve the quality of filter cake, The poor effect of submerging the formation causes the hydration of mud shale to cause the instability of the borehole wall and the occurrence of various downhole complications.
