邢质斌是著名的播音艺术家。1947年生于河北省邢台市隆尧县,后随父母迁入京城,1964年毕业于北京师范大学附属中学,“文革”中曾经下放到邢台地区宁晋县插队,担任县公社大队广播站广播员,当时虽是临时客串,却表现出出众的广播才华,辗转到北京郊区大兴县南郊农场工作后做了一段时间专职广播员,后被广播电视播音主持行家发现选中推荐进修于中国记者协会新闻学院。
Xing Zhibin is a famous broadcast artist. Born in Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province in 1947, he moved to the capital with his parents and graduated from a high school attached to Beijing Normal University in 1964. He was dispatched to Ningjin County in Xingtai Prefecture for his “Cultural Revolution” Although the announcer was a temporary guest at the time, he showed outstanding radio talent and went to work as a full-time broadcaster after working in the farms of the southern suburbs of Daxing County in Beijing for a period of time. After being broadcast by radio and television broadcasters, experts found that he was selected to study in the China Journalists Association School of Journalism.
