中国的崛起发展已经达到了一个高度,这导致煤矿的经济形势也开始有了复起的迹象。要保证煤矿企业的和谐稳定发展,政工干部要发挥核心主导作用,提高自身的修养、能力、经验与创造性都会增加企业的活力,下面就我国煤矿企业政工干部的不足与需要改善之处进行深入的分析。
