铁路罐车厂在生产和修理铁路油罐车过程中,需要对油罐车进行喷砂除锈。多年来,国内厂家均采用两种除锈工艺。一是由工人穿上铁质防护衣戴上防护面具,手握除锈工具进行手工喷丸除锈工作。此方法劳动强度大,劳动条件极差。二是采用电机牵引油罐车,手按按钮控制机电设备进行抛丸除锈。此方法因操作者无法进入抛丸室,只能在抛丸室外的操作台上按动按钮,具有很大的盲目性。因为罐车牵引位置实际是个未知的不定因素,不可避免地产生两个问题:要么车未到位或车已过去,
