对油田泥浆配料作业工人血中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行了测定。结果表明,观察组工人血中MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.001),SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结果提示泥浆粉尘可促进机体脂质过氧化损伤,上述两项指标可作为泥浆配料工人早期职业损伤的观察指标用于健康监护。
The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the blood of workers in oil field mud batching were measured. The results showed that the content of MDA in the blood of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001) and the activity of SOD was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.001). The results suggest that mud dust can promote the body lipid peroxidation injury, the above two indicators can be used as mud dosing workers early occupational injury indicators for health monitoring.
