目的:对华火绒草化学成分进行研究。方法:用色谱法和波谱法进行化学成分的分离及鉴定。结果:从华火绒草(Leontopodiumsinense)乙酸乙酯部位分离得到3个黄酮类化合物,经波谱分析将它们分别鉴定为3,5-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(6,7-Dimethoxy-3,5-dihydroxyflavonol)(1)、3,5,7-三羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(8-methoxy-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavonol)(2)和槲皮素(quercetin)(3)。结论:这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1、2为B环未取代的新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Hemerocallis. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated and identified by chromatography and spectroscopy. Results: Three flavonoids were isolated from ethyl acetate of Leontopodium sinense. They were identified as 3,5-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone by spectral analysis (6,7- Dimethoxy-3,5-dihydroxyflavonol (1), 3,5,7-trihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone (8-methoxy-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavonol) (2) and quercetin (3). Conclusion: These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds that are unsubstituted in the B ring.
