2000年12月初至2001年2月中旬。东北地区平均温度在-20℃～-30℃之间,最低-48℃。比常年温度低10℃左右,是近40年以来气温最低的一年。为准确及时了解高寒时节边防连队是否有冷损伤和防寒保障情况,我们对吉林、黑龙江两省6个边防团的4970人进行了现场走访和调查。
From early December 2000 to mid-February 2001. The average temperature in Northeast China -20 ℃ ~ -30 ℃, the lowest -48 ℃. About 10 ℃ lower than the normal temperature, the lowest temperature in nearly 40 years. In order to accurately and promptly understand whether cold-blooded and cold-protected guerrillas of border defense companies in the cold season, we conducted on-site visits and investigations to 4,970 people from 6 border guards in Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
