养殖生产档案是畜禽养殖场生产变化、投入品使用、废弃物无害化处理等生产行为的翔实反映,也是动物卫生监管部门的一种有效监管手段。笔者长期从事畜牧兽医工作,经常深入畜禽养殖场开展生产服务,发现养殖场普遍存在生产档案填写内容不全、记录不详、错误较多等问题,为生产调查和工作开展带来诸多不便。为促进养殖场生产档案规范填写,确保生产规范化开展,笔者特提出养殖场生产记录档案存在的问题、填写标
