Introduction Boron is one of the important plant nutrition elements, and its research has been for decades. Although many studies have been done on the physiological and biochemical roles and mechanism of boron in plants, there is still no definite conclusion so far. There are many ways to determine the amount of boron in soils and plants, but generally they are less sensitive and require sample destruction.
