高职院校的自主招生考试改革是高职教育适应社会发展的必然选择,也是实现素质教育的内在驱动。2007年,广州番禺职业技术学院被教育部正式授权开展试点自主招生,至今已历经8年的探索与考验。通过对广东民办高职院校自主招生进行梳理分析,总结自主招生改革对职业教育、高等院校、社会和考生的重大意义,同时深入分析政策执行过程中出现的社会认可度低、招生数量少吸引力不强、招生规模小录取成本高、责任压力大廉政风险高、政策变动大自主空间越来越小等问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。
The reform of self-enrollment examination in higher vocational colleges is the inevitable choice of higher vocational education to adapt to social development, and it is also the intrinsic drive to realize quality-oriented education. In 2007, Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical College was formally authorized by the Ministry of Education to carry out pilot enrollment independently, so far it has gone through eight years of exploration and test. Through the analysis of self-enrollment of private higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, this paper summarizes the great significance of self-enrollment reform to vocational education, colleges and universities, society and candidates. At the same time, it analyzes in-depth the low social acceptance and low enrollment in the process of policy implementation Attractiveness is low, enrollment is small, high admission costs, high responsibility and pressure to clean government and high risk, policy changes are less and less autonomy, and so on. On this basis, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
