中国综合国力日益强大,但其背后也产生了环境资源保护的难题。其产生的因素主要表现在:可持续发展思想尚未为成为我国环境资源立法的指导思想;环保部门权限不清等因素。实现社会主义现代化强国的战略目标,必须解决好环境资源保护这一难题,而完善与可持续发展相关的环境资源法律保障体系是解决好这个难题的关键。
As China’s overall national strength grows increasingly stronger, it also poses a problem of protecting environmental resources. The main factors of its emergence are as follows: the thought of sustainable development has not yet become the guiding ideology of China’s environmental resources legislation; the environmental authorities have unclear powers and other factors. In order to realize the strategic goal of building a powerful socialist modernization, we must solve the difficult problem of protecting environmental resources, and improving the legal guarantee system of environmental resources related to sustainable development is the key to solving this difficult problem.
