常用的手动泵,出口压力较高,但出口流量很小,且间断排油。为了实现行走机械和军用车辆上的液压系统在主泵发生故障或不适宜启动主泵的情况下,用手动泵仍能保障液压执行机构继续工作,我们设计了一种能够连续排油的手动泵,该泵已于去年由长春市液压元件厂试制成功。这种手动泵的特点是:1.能够双行程连续排油基本上消除了出口排油间断现象,减小了液体脉动。2.流量大在柱塞直径等条件完全相同的情况下,这种泵至少多排出70%的流量。图1是这种泵的工作原理图。当抬起手柄5时,柱塞便向上移动,柱塞上腔的液体推开单向阀3向外排油。而同时低压油通过单向阀1进入柱塞下腔。当压下手柄时,柱塞便向下移动,下腔的液体推开单
