采用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机模拟了在不同温度和应变速率下6082铝合金的流变力学行为,建立了6082铝合金的本构方程,得到了应力-应变曲线。结果表明,6082铝合金流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增加而增大。本构方程对峰值应力的计算结果与试验数据具有较高的一致性。
The rheological behavior of 6082 aluminum alloy under different temperature and strain rate was simulated by Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation tester. The constitutive equation of 6082 aluminum alloy was established and the stress-strain curve was obtained. The results show that the flow stress of 6082 aluminum alloy decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate. The constitutive equation has high consistency with the experimental data for calculating the peak stress.
