利用固相反应合成了Eu1-xCaxFeO3钙钛矿氧化物.XRD测量表明,在x≤0.6范围内为钙钛矿结构;室温下的57FeMossbauer谱测试给出3个磁谱和1个顺磁双线谱;在3个磁谱中,1个为处于四配位的Fe离子,另外2个为处于八配位的Fe离子.XPS谱表明Fe2p3/2的高结合能端出现与Fe离子配位状态相对应的肩峰.所有Fe离子都处于+3价态.
Eu1-xCaxFeO3 perovskite oxides were synthesized by solid-state reaction. XRD measurements showed a perovskite structure in the x≤0.6 range; 57 FeMossbauer spectroscopy measurements at room temperature gave 3 magnetic spectra and 1 paramagnetic doublet spectrum; of 3 magnetic spectra, 1 was at Four coordination Fe ions, and the other two are eight-coordinated Fe ions. XPS spectra show that the high binding energy of Fe2p3 / 2 shows a shoulder corresponding to the coordination state of Fe ions. All Fe ions are in the +3 valence state.
