法学案例教学的目的在于以案例为媒介,通过引导学生分析和讨论判例,充分调动、发挥其学习的积极性和主动性,同时潜移默化地培养学生分析、表达、争辩及独立思考、解决问题的能力。然而如何更有效地开展法学案例教学,是我国公安院校需要认真思考的问题。本文从公安院校的实际出发,对完善法学案例教学有效性提出对策。
The purpose of law case teaching is to use cases as a medium to guide students to analyze and discuss precedents, fully mobilize and exert their enthusiasm and initiative in learning while subtly cultivating students’ abilities of analyzing, expressing, arguing and thinking independently and solving problems. However, how to carry out law case teaching more effectively is a problem that Chinese police colleges and universities need to seriously consider. Based on the actual conditions of public security colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of legal case teaching.
