企业管理原理类课程具有问题导向的实践性、收敛学科的综合性、场景约束的权变性等“知”“行”不通约的三个特性,对教学提出了双重“应用”迁移效果指征的特质要求,问卷调研数据表明,案例式的教学方式学生认可度最高,其他非课堂灌输式的、提高学生参与度的多样化教学方式学生也给予了大比例认同。据此得出的教学方式改革建议是:案例教学法要成为主流、推广学生参与度高的多元化教学方式,并对教师进行专项培养和将教学方式体现的教学能力纳入教师的业绩考核体系中。
