1978年以来,随着改革开放的不断深入,上海郊区打破了封闭式的经济格局,充分发挥依托上海口岸的有利条件,沪港经济合作在郊区取得了长足进展。截止1996年底,香港在上海郊区(浦东新区农村部分未计算在内)的投资项目有2616家,占沪郊三资项目总数的37％;协议港资金额361327万美元,占沪郊协议吸收外资总额的30％。 香港在上海郊区投资的主要特点是:
Since 1978, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, Shanghai’s suburbs broke the closed economy and gave full play to the favorable conditions of the Shanghai port. The economic cooperation between Shanghai and Hong Kong has made great strides in the suburbs. As of the end of 1996, Hong Kong had 2616 investment projects in the suburbs of Shanghai (excluding the rural part of Pudong New Area), accounting for 37% of the total number of three-capital projects in Shanghai; the agreement amount to Hong Kong was 3,613.27 million U.S. dollars, accounting for the foreign investment 30% of the total.
