用原子吸收光谱仪测定了对照组(Ⅰ组),注射腐植酸组(Ⅱ组),注射腐植酸和亚硒酸钠组(Ⅲ组)的大白鼠血浆硒的含量,发现腐植酸能络合生物体内的硒,造成机体缺硒。用扫描电镜做了以上三组红细胞的形态观察,发现注射腐植酸能产生棘状红细胞,而补硒能使棘状红细胞数目大大减少。用差示扫描量热分析法做了以上三组的红细胞膜的 DSC 热图,发现腐植酸能使红细胞膜蛋白质构象发生改变,而补硒不能完全解除腐植酸对膜蛋白质构象的影响。
