毛泽东同志关于干部理论教育的思想是他的党建学说的一个重要组成部分。他对干部理论教育的地位、作用、对象、重点和方法途径都作了精辟的论述。他关于把思想建设放在首位，着力用无产阶级思想改造教育党员和干部的思想；关于马克思主义必须民族化，建立中国气派的马克思主义思想；关于注重改造世界观，努力学习马克思主义立场、观点、方法的思想；关于整风的方法是理论联系实际学习马克思主义有效途径的思想，都具有深远意义。继承和发扬毛泽东同志关于干部理论教育的思想观点，对于进行邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论教育，改进和加强当前的干部理论教育，具有重要的理论意义和现实指导意义。
Comrade Mao Zedong’s thought on cadre theory education is an important part of his theory of party building. He gave a brilliant exposition on the status, role, object, emphasis and method of cadre theory education. With regard to putting thought building first and making every effort to transform the ideology of educating party members and cadres with proletarian ideas; regarding Marxism, we must nationalize and establish the Marxist ideology of the Chinese style; as for paying attention to reforming the world outlook and studying Marxist stances, Method of thinking; the method of rectification is a theory that connects theory to practice the effective way of Marxism, all have far-reaching significance. Carrying forward and developing Comrade Mao Tse-tung’s ideas on cadre theoretical education has important theoretical and practical significance for conducting Deng Xiaoping’s theoretical education on socialism with Chinese characteristics and for improving and strengthening the current education on cadre theory.
