蕨根渣是生产蕨根淀粉的残渣。信阳地区每年有300～600t蕨根渣,因常年得不到利用而被废弃。为了变废为宝,综合利用蕨根这一自然资源,1996年我们进行了蕨根渣栽培平菇试验。

Fern root residue is the residue of fern root starch. Xinyang 300-600t annual fern root residue, because of perennial unused and was abandoned. In order to turn waste into treasure, comprehensive utilization of fern root of this natural resource, we conducted in 1996 Fern root residue cultivation mushroom test.
