利用自制改性淀粉黏结剂对单养分化肥、多养分化肥和有机无机复混肥进行了造粒试验,分析了黏结剂和原料对肥料成粒性能的影响。研究结果表明:黏度为14 m Pa.s左右的黏结剂适合于磷酸二铵的造粒,黏度为20m Pa.s左右的黏结剂适合于硫酸钾造粒,黏度为27 m Pa.s左右的黏结剂适合于尿素、磷酸二铵、硫酸钾混合肥料的造粒,尿素的加入量对无机混合肥料的成粒性能影响较大;对于有机无机复混肥造粒来说,黏度为30 m Pa.s的黏结剂成粒性能好;从成粒率和颗粒粒度两方面综合考虑,过40目筛(<0.37 mm)的原料成粒效果最好;有机质能促进有机无机混合肥料的成粒,有机质加入量大于25%时,合格粒度比例、颗粒性能较好。
Granulation tests on single nutrient fertilizer, multi-nutrient fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer were carried out by using self-made modified starch binder. The influence of binder and raw material on granulation performance of fertilizer was analyzed. The results showed that the binder with a viscosity of about 14 mPa.s was suitable for the granulation of diammonium phosphate. The binder with a viscosity of about 20 mPa.s was suitable for the granulation of potassium sulfate with a viscosity of about 27 mPa.s The binders are suitable for the granulation of urea, diammonium phosphate and potassium sulfate compound fertilizers. The addition amount of urea has a great influence on the granulation performance of the inorganic compound fertilizers. For the granulation of the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, the viscosity is 30 mPa .s binder has good granulation performance. From the aspects of granulation rate and particle size, the granulation effect of raw material with the best size of 40 mesh (<0.37 mm) is the best. Organic matter can promote the granulation of organic-inorganic fertilizer, Organic matter is greater than 25%, the proportion of qualified particle size, particle performance is better.
