备用容量支持服务是电力市场辅助服务的重要组成部分,为此对新英格兰州电力市场的备用容量支持辅助服务的内涵和投标评价、服务费用量化、运行机制等方面进行总结和分析。在借鉴其丰富经验的基础上,探讨了我国电力市场中备用容量服务的现状和存在的问题,并提出有关该项辅助服务的市场模式和运作机制等方面的设想。
The backup capacity support service is an important part of auxiliary services in the electricity market. To sum up and analyze the connotation and bid evaluation, service cost quantification and operation mechanism of spare capacity support services in New England state power market. On the basis of drawing on its rich experience, this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of spare capacity service in China’s power market, and proposes the assumptions on the market mode and operation mechanism of the auxiliary service.
